Prayers of the People
Jim Croom

Thank you dear Lord for the blessing to worship in freedom and for setting us free from our sins in Jesus. I pray this service  & all worship services are pleasing to you as we yearn to worship you in Spirit and in Truth.

Thank you for a successful VBS at Providence this week and the dedication of our teachers, many volunteers in sharing your Word with your children.  Thank you for mission trips for Providence and all missions around the world taking place for your Glory. I pray your continued Mercies for safe travels. Thank you for our Pastors/Teachers/Elders/Deacons/The Staff/Stephen Ministers/Music Ministry at Providence.  Hear our concerns for the sick in body, mind and spirit/ the lonely/ depressed/ the lost without Christ, as we ask for your continued healing hand and amazing grace. We pray for discernment by the doctors and nurses for the wisdom they need from You.

For the unrest in the UK/USA/Middle East and all our problems that seem to be beyond us; for our leaders who need Your wisdom,I pray, for without You we are nothing. Thank you dear Lord, nothing is new with You because you are Sovereign and God alone. Your Will is perfect and You are aware of what we need. May we always pray believing in Jesus our Savior and Lord more and more. Amen.
